What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 3x4, or 12 square feet, to 12x32, or 384 square feet with custom sizes available. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our online size estimator and the help of our Professional Managers who are trained to assist you in this process.


What's the difference between office hours and access hours?

The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The access hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard hours ask our Manager for information about extended access.


Can I change my storage unit to a different size after I have already moved in?

If the unit size you want is available at your facility, then yes you can transfer into another unit. The Manager will be able to assist you in that transition.


Do you have electrical outlets in your units?

Electrical power is not available.


What are the hours I am able to access my unit?

Our access hours are 7:30am-5pm during the week, Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am to 3:00pm (except on Sundays in January & February). Always call to verify access on hilidays.


How do I know my items are secure?

When the facility is open, the manager is on site. When closed, the facility is secure with locked steel doors, cameras and on site security personnel. You will also have a lock on the unit that is your lock and your key, only you have access to your unit. 


Is my stuff insured?

We insure our building, NOT what is in each individual unit. Although we go to great lengths to insure that all belongings are kept safe and secure, there may be circumstances that are beyond our control that could result some risk to your items. We recommend insurance to all tenants. Usually if you call your homeowners or renters insurance agent and tell them that you will be using a heated storage facility they will be able to add this to your existing policy. We also can provide access to a reputable insurance company the insures storage units exclusively. You are not required to have insurance to use the facility you can store at your own risk. 


When can I move in?

If there is a storage unit available that meets your needs, you can move in anytime the facility is open.


How much notice do I need to give before I move out?

We require a 30 day written notice before you move out.


Do you sell boxes and other storage supplies?

Yes, we offer a variety of commonly used supplies such as locks, boxes, packing tape, protective coverings and more.
